Welcome

It's me...just Jewels!

Julie’s flair for photography started when she was a young girl playing with her father’s camera. At the age of 10, she began experimenting with her first “real” camera- a Pentax...nothing automatic about that camera!! From those early days, she graduated to working in professional studios and her talent kept growing into a true art form. Julie’s effervescent and relaxed style, puts everyone at ease and allows her to truly climb in and capture the personality of everyone in the picture. She creates a work of art that makes a memory and creates an heirloom. From newborns to great grandparents, casual ring ceremony to a princess wedding, formal to informal- whether you are looking to capture a whimsical childhood moment, create an innovative family portrait, or remember a feeling forever; let Impressions Studios help you capture that precious, fleeting moment.

Little man J came into the studio for his 9 month portraits…

What a handsome lil guy!  He was up to anything I wanted to do as long as I didn’t dress or undress him!  I fell in LOVE with the image where he is crying, not because I like to see kids cry, but because he melted my heart!  He is such a happy guy all the time and to see him upset just wasn’t right making that image almost odd.

Thanks Wade & Cherie for sharing him with us!  I can’t WAIT for his FIRST birthday pics and to meet his new baby sister!

Okay I have so much to share…

But I had to post some ‘teasers’ of baby M.  What a CUTE lil peanut!  She ALMOST had us defeated.  After mom and dad drove over 2 hours to do their session, she would have NOTHING to do with us.  Finally after we had ‘admitted’ defeat….she zonked!  We were able to sneak (literally) a few quick shots.  You’d never know looking at this angelic face that her tummy just hurt.

Enjoy!
